Shipping

  • We ship all orders within 3 business days of payment being received.

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 2-5 business days, and express shipping takes 1-3 business days (approximately).

  • International shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders over $250.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please review the following:

  • Change of mind: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Damaged or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at within 3 days of receipt with photos, and we will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.

  • Non-returnable items: Items such as sale/clearance goods may not be eligible for return.

How to Return

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
